All charges are final and non-refundable, including subscription fees, recurring payments, Luna Package purchases, and cryptocurrency transactions, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancellation does not entitle customers to a prorated refund or service credit for the current or any previous billing period.

Luna Package Cancellation

1. All Luna Package purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Recurring Payment Cancellation
